White Bear Center for the Arts is hosting “The Mixed Effect,” a curated exhibition featuring selected works from regionally based mixed media artists of all levels. The show will be curated by a panel of professional Twin Cities mixed media artists: Barbara Riegel Bend, Becka Rahn & Erik Pearson. Curator talk starts at 7 pm.

Selected works will include a variety of techniques and approaches to mixed media, and the exhibition will feature educational components to introduce visitors to the wide array of mixed media styles.
