Come see me in Booth 523. Join us for three days of festivities celebrating all things handmade at the American Craft Show in St. Paul. Come meet and shop craft like you’ve never seen before from more than 230 of the country’s top contemporary jewelry, clothing, furniture, and home décor artists. Plus, meet the country’s top emerging artists! Stop by our Hip Pop Emerging Artists’ booths on the show floor to see their contemporary pieces ranging from sophisticated elegance to cutting-edge.

Exhibition: Every Kind of Maker’s Tool

Owatonna Arts Center 435 Garden View Ln, Owatonna

Ever wonder how cloth is made? Curious about the different types of tools and looms used to weave? This exhibit showcases the creations of members of the Weavers Guild of Minnesota with a specific focus on the equipment used to create it! See woven and spun art made with a variety of tools, wheels, and looms, including everything from a backstrap loom to rigid heddle, pin looms to tapestry, and yarn spun on a wheel. Each piece is accompanied with a bit of information about the equipment used, to aid in the viewer’s experience and understanding. Members of the Weavers Guild of Minnesota will be on-site April 7 and April 28 from 1-5pm to answer questions and offer demonstrations.
