An online class to make some of my favorite ornaments. These felt birds are based on ones that I made with my mom when I was 2 years old. She cut the felt, I was in charge of the glue. I've updated to add some beaded details with metallic beads and sequins and you'll learn to do two embroidery stitches. Registration deadline is November 30 so that your materials kit can be mailed to you. Included in the class fee is a materials kit of everything you'll need for class except scissors. I have put together some of my favorite materials for you: • wool/rayon felt • gold and iridescent sequins, metallic copper beads • perle cotton embroidery thread • needle • stuffing • and a couple of tools and handout to help you make an awesome bird.
