Get an intro to the art of cartonnage or box-making. You’ll make a small clamshell-style box, made entirely from paper. Choose from handmade and patterned patterns to make your cover and inner liner. Your finished trinket box will be about three and a half inches square with an attached hinged lid. 2 Sessions: Feb 5 & 12

These stars look complicated but use lots of simple layered repeating shapes to create the complex designs. Your completed stars can be hung in a window for a colorful display. This class is hosted by Anoka County Libraries.
